2019-20 Resident Fellowships for Pre-Tenure Faculty - Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution of the World Economic Forum
is the international Organization for Public-Private Cooperation. The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. The Fourth Industrial Revolution – the current period of rapid, simultaneous and systemic transformations driven by advances in science and technology – is reshaping industries, blurring geographical boundaries, challenging existing regulatory frameworks, and even redefining what it means to be human.
Ã山ǿ¼é is pleased to sponsor two 9-12 month Fellowships at the in San Francisco for the 2019-20 academic year.
The Resident Faculty Fellowships are intended to provide an opportunity for Ã山ǿ¼é faculty to work collaboratively with colleagues from the academic, industry, government and policy spheres on forward-thinking and problem-solving opportunities that engage issues of immediate interest and concern to the future of technology and its place in the human world.
This activity is clustered around four portfolios:
Selected Fellows will continue to receive their full academic salaries from the University and will be reimbursed for relocation expenses incurred during the period of residency (eligible expenses will be determined in consultation with Fellows when the Fellowships are awarded).
