缅北强奸鈥檚聽Family Medicine Graduate Student Society聽(FMGSS) was recently聽recognized by the Post Graduate Student Society (PGSS) of 缅北强奸聽University awarded聽both the聽Post Graduate Student聽Association聽of the Year Award聽and the Best Academic Event Award. The awards were presented during the 2018聽PGSS Awards Night on April 12, an event that聽aims to recognize students, student groups聽and student-run events that have proven themselves to be聽outstanding within PGSS. The awards were presented by Dean聽Josephine聽Nalbantoglu of Graduate and聽Postdoctoral Studies. For their聽achievements, the FMGSS will be engraved on a plaque at the entrance of Thomson House.

鈥淥n behalf of the聽FMGSS, we are thrilled to be recognized by PGSS for our accomplishments and efforts over the past year,鈥� says Nickoo Merati, President of FMGSS. 鈥淚 would like to take this opportunity to thank our Chair聽Dr. Howard Bergman and Director聽Dr. Gillian Bartlett for their continuous support, and of course thank my fellow FMGSS executive members for their tireless聽dedication and聽outstanding聽contributions聽to student governance over the past year.听It has been an聽honour to work with our student body, and I look forward to the continual successes of our inspiring graduate students.鈥�
