Inclusive Leadership

Are you interested in academic leadership hat is inclusive of all your people, particularly those from underrepresented groups? This interactive workshop provides a concrete exploration of the inclusive academic leader, and is geared to those who have this particular type of role, or are looking to step into this role in the future.
At end of this workshop, academic leaders will be able to:

  • Define what inclusive leadership means and how it relates to excellence- Understand the benefit of an inclusive leadership approach on individual and group wellness and organizational culture
  • Access tools and resources to support their development as an inclusive leader
