Inclusive Facilitation Workshop

What is inclusive facilitation and how can it enhance the learning experience? How can principles of anti-oppression inform how we communicate and connect to each other? This two-hour interactive workshop will explore our top ten tips for inclusive facilitation and support participants in developing their skills as facilitators in and out of the classroom. By attending this workshop, instructors will be able to:

  • Understand the impacts of power dynamics in learning spaces
  • Recognize existing and potential barriers in learning spaces
  • Identify and integrate strategies for inclusive facilitation
