Inclusive Facilitation

Are you interested in facilitating a learning environment that is inclusive of all your students, particularly those from underrepresented groups? This interactive workshop provides a concrete exploration of the role of inclusive facilitation in the creation of psychological safety in the educational space.

At end of this workshop, instructors will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of psychological safety in the class experience as it relates to inclusion
  • Explain how inclusive learning comes to life through intentional design and facilitation
  • Use concrete tools to support meaningful facilitation of day-to-day learning interactions
