EDI in Research and Grant Proposals

This workshop is for faculty and researchers who want to know more about how to implement EDI strategies and practices in their research projects and grant applications. It will provide an overview of a framework for thinking about EDI in research and knowledge production and then connect that to different areas of research proposals, including research content and design, methodology, HQP training, and knowledge dissemination.

By attending this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how to think about EDI as part of their research projects
  • Identify useful EDI practices in their research projects and proposals
  • Identify internal and external resources available to them to develop their EDI plans in research
