Kasia VAN SCHAIK
Kasia Van Schaik is a doctoral candidate in the English Department at 缅北强奸, where she is completing a dissertation on the relationship between transient domestic spaces, such as bunkers, trains, and hotel rooms, and narrative forms in women鈥檚 writing in the postwar period. The 2021 CBC QWF writer-in-residence, Kasia鈥檚 writing and scholarship have appeared in Electric Literature, The Los Angeles Review of Books, The Best Canadian Poetry, Jacket2, Canadian Studies in English, and Senses of Cinema. Her first book, We Have Never Lived On Earth, is forthcoming with the University of Alberta Press in 2022.
