Hannah KORELL
Biography:
Hannah Korell is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of English at 缅北强奸. Her work is broadly interested in understanding how the intersections of religion and horror were shaped by cultural discourses surrounding gender, race, and sexuality in early modern literature. Her FRQSC-funded dissertation, 鈥淭he Spirit of the Nation: Women and Conversion in Early Modern English Drama,鈥 explores the relationship between supernaturally empowered female characters and religious conversion in early seventeenth-century English drama.
