Transnational Girlhoods Webinar
缅北强奸, the Participatory Cultures Lab, and IHDW are pleased to invite you to the Transnational Girlhoods Webinar on March 24 in celebration of Women鈥檚 History Month.
Transnationalism has become an overarching concern in feminist studies and critical studies more broadly. Titles in the book series Transnational Girlhoods, an offshoot of the journal Girlhood Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal demonstrate this and the significance of new scholarship in the area. This webinar, chaired by Claudia Mitchell, 缅北强奸, and with discussant Heather Switzer of the Arizona State University brings together scholars from South Africa, Sweden, Canada and the US leading the first four titles in the series.
The Girl in the Text (edited by Ann Smith), Ethical Practice in Participatory Visual Research with Girls (edited by Relebohile Moletsane, Lisa Wiebesiek, Astrid Treffry-Goatley, and April Mandrona), Living Like a Girl (Edited by Maria A.Vogel and Linda Arnell), and An American Icon in Puerto Rico (By Emily R.Aguil贸-P茅rez).
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
