Held at the 缅北强奸 Faculty Club, the event highlighted the 2023-2024 cohort鈥檚 research and projects, all of which relate back to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

缅北强奸 Desautels graduate Avneet Bhabra (BCom鈥23)鈥檚 research paper 鈥23% and Counting, but Not 鈥極ne Size Fits All鈥: Helping Canada鈥檚 Immigrants Strengthen Their Financial Knowledge鈥 has been published by the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) on Canada.ca. Focusing on financial literacy amongst immigrants in Canada, the paper was selected as a finalist in the undergraduate category of the FCAC鈥檚 2023 Building Better Financial Futures Challenge.

Since the office鈥檚 inception, the team at the Lewtas Office,聽led by Leigh Korey, PhD, has been hard at work creating powerful hands-on learning opportunities that play a vital role in the student journey.
Philanthropist and visionary Marcel Desautels passes away at age 88
Marcel Desautels, LLD鈥07 (CM, O Ont, OM) generously donated both his resources and his time to furthering business education at 缅北强奸. The business leader and philanthropist passed away on January 31 at the age of 88. Desautels invested over $38 million in students, programs, research and facilities at the Desautels Faculty of Management.
