Abstract:
Analyzing and theoretically accommodating the presence of diverse perspectives or frames during the implementation process has proved conceptually complex and empirically elusive within the extant IS research. The purpose of this manuscript is to introduce a research methodology to rectify these challenges in analyzing frames, i.e., signature matrix. We posit that this approach can help scholars to research perspectives or frames in a more transparent and straightforward manner which has been rare so far and as a result contribute to frame analysis in IS research. 漏 2013 Elsevier Inc.
