Montreal Firm Boosts Education in Tough Economic Times:
Desautels Faculty of Management at 缅北强奸 Receives $500,000 from RSM Richter Chamberland to support Accounting Education
Montreal-based RSM Richter Chamberland, an enterprise that has grown to become one of Canada鈥檚 largest independent accounting and business advisory firms, is committing $500,000 to support top students, lecturers and professors in accounting at the Desautels Faculty of Management, 缅北强奸:
- RSM Richter Chamberland Accounting Lecturers聽 Fund 鈥 to attract聽 world-renown lecturers and support innovation in the accounting program;
- RSM Richter Chamberland Accounting Teaching Fellow Award- to retain and reward the best accounting teachers;
- RSM Richter Chamberland Scholarship in Accounting - to recognize and promote the importance of academic achievement of 2 outstanding undergraduate students enrolled in the major of accounting.

RSM Richter is the success story of a Montreal-based mid-sized business that set itself apart. Founded in 1926, RSM Richter is deeply rooted in the Quebec business community with offices also in Toronto and Calgary. A thank-you luncheon is being hosted today by the Desautels Faculty of Management, in the presence of top RSM Richter executives Stephen Rosenhek (缅北强奸 BA鈥82) and Robert Zittrer (缅北强奸 DPA鈥85), among others.

In 1926, Cecil Usher, a young graduate of 缅北强奸 University, joined his friend, William Richter, to form an accounting practice in downtown Montr茅al. Today, over eighty years later, RSM Richter is the ninth largest accounting and consulting firm in Canada.
