Guest Lectures in Technological Entrepreneurship with Prof. Michael Avedesian

Mr. Kramer guest lectured with undergraduate students in Technological Entrepreneurship. He discussed his leadership with iCongo, an e-commerce solutions company and its eventual merger with Hybris. He talked about the challenges of merging with a German company and some of the cultural barriers that they needed to overcome to properly integrate. He overviewed the eventual sale of Hybris to SAP and his eventual decision to get back into the start-up scene with WorkJam, an employee engagement application. He talked about the rapid growth of WorkJam and the lessons he learned with iCongo that he’s now applying to this current venture.
