Best Paper Award

Prof. Samer Faraj (Information Systems) has received the Organizational Communications and Information Systems (OCIS) division Best Paper award at the Academy of Management Annual meeting, Anaheim, CA. August 10-13, 2008. The paper is titled "Contested Meaning: Power & Frames in IT Implementation" and is co-authored with Bijan Azad of the American University of Beirut.
