André Desautels is a Senior Managing Director and Global Industry Analyst at Wellington Management. André focuses his research and investing in the global telecoms services sector, where he conducts fundamental analysis on the companies within his industry, and manages client portfolios.

Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2006, André worked for Trilogy Advisors, LLC in New York where he spent nearly seven years analyzing the global financials and technology sectors and managing both diversified and sector-focused portfolios (1999 – 2006). Prior to Trilogy, André performed analysis across several sectors for Bolton Tremblay (1996 – 1999) and was an account manager in Commercial Banking for HSBC Holdings plc (1994 – 1996), both in his native Montreal. 

André received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and international business from Ã山ǿ¼é (1994) and holds the CFA charter.
