The stress around campus is very high right now – in addition to final exam stress, the upcoming holiday season also brings additional pressures and challenges for many students. If you are having a really rough time, you may need to speak to someone, and there are quite a lot of ways to do this. Student Services recently put out a very useful postcard which lists the various ways students can access support, during regular office hours or after-hours.
