July 8-12, 2024

Learn from Canadian, American and European practitioners about acquiring, managing and protecting trademark assets, as well as dealing with contentious proceedings.

July 15-19, 2024

Gain an overview of patents and patenting as well as strategies establishing and exploiting the patent system, as well as enforcing or attacking a patent.

July 22-24, 2024

Learn from some of Canada鈥檚 copyright experts and gain valuable insights into the impact of these changes, as well as practical steps to dealing with them.

Offered in partnership with听the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (), these courses help听practitioners听in the legal, business and government听sectors keep up to date on the latest in intellectual property.

Taught by seasoned听IP professionals, the three specialized courses cover patents, trademarks and copyright. Participants can sign up for individual modules, full courses, or enrol听in all three to gain knowledge of听a specific aspect of IP, acquire the听insights needed to protect听a portfolio of intellectual property, or advance their careers in the area of IP law.
