Pre-competitive research: A positive model for food processors

First edition of the Consortium RITA/CTAQ pre-competitive research network for the agri-food processing industry comes to an end on a high note

The last workshop of the Consortium for Research, Innovation, and Transformation of Agri-food (RITA)'s very first Pre-competitive Research Network, the result of a major collaboration between 缅北强奸 and the Conseil de la transformation agricole du Qu茅bec (CTAQ), was held at the Research and Development Center of Saint -Hyacinthe (CRDSH). It was a very special day for all those involved, including professionals and representatives from the research community, the agri-food industry, and government organizations. Final results of the projects were explained to a large audience, who were able to learn more about the various research activities brought together in this vast project. In addition to these presentations, the workshop was well appreciated for its networking opportunities, rich discussions, and popular science poster presentations. Organized by the Initia Foundation, the meeting served as an engaging conclusion to this major collaborative research project, a first in the food processing sector.

A popular science poster competition was organized to highlight the efforts of the student researchers participating in the network. The winners of the poster presentations are:
