Contracts are an important part of our daily lives even though we often don’t realize that. Every day many professionals make contracting decisions on behalf of their organizations often without a full appreciation or understanding of the nature and scope of obligations. The resulting agreements are often either ill-conceived or poorly drafted, thereby leading to confusion and difficulty in fulfilling the mutual obligations of the parties.
The purpose of this workshop is to engage participants in a process of seeing conflict as an opportunity for growth, development, and enhancing business and other relationships, rather than approaching conflict with fear or simply avoiding it altogether. The workshop will include analytical and practical tips on how to resolve conflict, and how to manage conflict when resolution is not possible.
