Course Description

This听90-minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

As part of CDSI, the听Data Science Solutions Hub (DaS2H)听offers Coding Ateliers to the entire 缅北强奸 community, where you can drop-in during atelier hours with your laptop, work on your research project and, whenever you have a question, we would be happy to assist you on the spot.
