It is with deep sadness that The 缅北强奸 School of Social Work announces the passing of Teresa Dellar, M.S.C., MSW, PSW, FT, co-founder and Executive Director of the West Island Palliative Care Residence since 2001 and cherished field instructor and course lecturer of the School of Social Work from 2007-2014. As one former student at 缅北强奸 writes, 鈥淭eresa was such a warm and caring person. Able to explain the art of communication and the importance of listening. I think of her often in my practice鈥.

After three years of mobilization and protests, students and student associations across the province have obtained new funding for 17 000 students in sixteen programs, most of them traditionally feminized fields.

Our two students associations, including SWSA and SWAGS, played an active role in mobilizing students. One of our PhD students, Annabelle Berthiaume, was a member of the CUTE committees (Comit茅s unitaires sur le travail 茅tudiant), a key coordinating body for the movement.
