STE. ANNE DE BELLEVUE – Vanessa Grillo of Kirkland, and Jennifer Rosenbaum of Port Hope, Ont., each scored tries and Jackie Tittley added a penalty goal as Concordia upset Ã山ǿ¼é 13-5 in a women’s rugby league semifinal at McEwen Field, Sunday.

Amanda Henderson, an arts sophomore from Toronto, scored the lone Martlets try.

“We rallied in the second half but is was a case of tick-tock, tick-tock… we just ran out of time,’ said Vince deGrandpré, head coach of the Martlets. “The future bodes well though, as we expect to lose only three graduating players.
