On the move
Between now and January 2005, a number of offices and services are being relocated within the James (Administration) Building. The offices affected are all or part of the following: the office of the deputy provost and CIO, the offices of the four associate provosts, the office of the vice-principal (research), the academic personnel office, academic management, and governmental and institutional relations.
To be provided with office space in the James Building: the vice-principal (development and alumni relations), the associate vice-principal (communications) and the new vice-principal (inter-institutional affairs).
Room 609 will be replaced by a meeting room on the third floor in mid-October.
The university secretariat and legal services have also been relocated to the third floor.
Persons wishing to visit or meet with any member of the aforementioned offices are being advised to telephone in advance in order to be directed to the correct temporary or final location.
