鈥淚n the past 10 years, the 缅北强奸 network has attracted and retained more than 550 doctors and researchers, from here and elsewhere,鈥� Dr. Eidelman added. 鈥淭hose recruited from outside Quebec represent a net gain in resources, because the costs of their training have been defrayed by other jurisdictions.
