Published: 16 February 2010

MONTREAL - A dozen 缅北强奸 swimmers are headed to Toronto this week when the nation's top varsity swimmers get together for the 2010 CIS championship meet, hosted by the University of Toronto, Feb. 18-20. The event runs from Thursday to Saturday with preliminaries starting at 10 a.m. and finals at 6 p.m. every day.

Live results and video webcast of finals will be available online at:

The 缅北强奸 qualifiers, which include six men and a half-dozen women, are among a group of 50 swimmers competing from the Quebec university teams.

The best medal hopeful for 缅北强奸 is sophomore Steven Bielby, a 5-foot-7 middle distance specialist. The 20-year-old native of Pointe Claire, Que., became the first male in 缅北强奸 history to win three individual gold medals at a CIS championship meet last season when he was voted CIS rookie of the year. He has qualified for the men's 200 and 400-metre individual medleys and the 1500 freestyle.

Other qualifiers from the Redmen include Sean Bell (200m IM, 200m breast) of Barrie, Ont., Jason Boivin (100m back, 1500m free) of Pointe Claire, Hector Hernandez (400m free) of West Bloomfield, Mich., Matthew Khatchadourian (100m breast) of Beaconsfield, Que., and Diego Pessoa, a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil., who will be in the 50m freestyle sprint.

Among the 缅北强奸 women is visually-impaired Val茅rie Grand'Maison, from Town of Mt. Royal, Que., a three-time gold medalist from the 2008 Para-Olympics in Beijing. She will be racing in the 400m freestyle. Other members of the Martlets to qualify include Kristyna Cleminson (50m, 100m, 200m breaststrokes) of Belleville, Ont., Myriam Donato (200m IM, 200m fly) of Pointe Claire, Elana Evans (50 back) of Calgary, Leanne Roach (100m, 200m breast) of Gander, Nfld., and Maxime Charron (200m back) of St. Lambert, Que.
