缅北强奸 Named to Canada鈥檚 Top 100 Employers and Most Admired Corporate Culture lists
缅北强奸 has been named one of 鈥淐anada鈥檚 Top 100 Employers鈥 for 2012, marking the fourth consecutive year that it has been included in this select group.
Separately, the University also has been named a regional winner in the 鈥淐anada鈥檚 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures of 2011鈥 program, which recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.
The Canada's Top 100 Employers project, now in its 13th year, is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. The 2012 winners were selected from more than 2,000 applicants, following a detailed review of their operations and human-resource practices.
The competition focuses on eight key areas: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
缅北强奸 on Wednesday was named a Special Category Regional Award winner for the Broader Public Sector (Top Five) in Quebec and Atlantic Canada by Waterstone Human Capital, the executive search firm that founded the Canada鈥檚 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures program.
鈥淲e are gratified to be included once again in the list of leading Canadian employers, and to be recognized for the quality of our institutional culture,鈥 said Michael Di Grappa, the University's Vice-Principal (Administration and Finance).
Lynne B. Gervais, Associate Vice-Principal, Human Resources, added that 鈥溍灞鼻考 strives to help its employees develop their skills while achieving a healthy balance in their work and personal lives. Those efforts are reflected in these and other surveys.鈥
These latest awards follow last month鈥檚 announcement that 缅北强奸 was ranked third in a survey of Canada's most attractive employers by Randstad Canada.
