Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) workshop

The Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences presents a one-day workshop specifically designed for technical and management personnel who will be involved in implementing and maintaining HACCP programs in the food processing and food manufacturing industry. You will learn what are the strengths of the HACCP system and why management commitment is so important for the implementation of an HACCP program in your organization. You will also learn to identify the resources required for HACCP implementation and maintenance as well as HACCP program requirements. The seven principles of HACCP will be viewed in relation to the implementation and maintenance of an HACCP program in the industry.
