Announcing the release of 3 new reports - Approval Delegates

Published: 7 December 2015

Dear Colleagues,

Reporting Services has released three new web and crystal report templates which allow you to query approval delegation records by delegate ID, FST code, or Org code for active funds. These reports replace the need to log in to Minerva to view a listing of current delegation records by Fund Financial Manager/Principal Investigator (FFM/PI) ID, and are available on both the Miscellaneous Reports and FST Reports pages on the Financial Services website.

  • List of Fund Delegates by FFM – Run this report by entering an FST Code or the Ã山ǿ¼é ID of an Approval Delegate. Active and pending (waiting for approval) delegation records associated with the entered search criteria will be displayed, grouped by FFM/PI name.
    Ìý
  • Future Dated Terminating Delegations – Run this report by entering a 5-digit Organization Code (any level) and an end date. All delegation records with a termination date on or after the entered end date will be displayed, , sorted by FFM/PI name and fund code. If the end date criteria is left blank, the report will list only delegation records with no termination date.
    Ìý
  • List of Delegates for Organization Code and Delegation Status – Run this report by entering a 5-digit Organization Code (any level) and selecting a combination fund/delegation record status (funds with active delegations, funds with pending delegations waiting for approval, funds with terminated delegations, funds with no delegations). ÌýAll delegation records meeting the entered search criteria will be displayed, sorted by FFM/PI ID and fund code.

Feel free to forward this message to anyone else who may benefit from running these reports. This announcement will not be sent out on any of our other listservs, but, will be published on the Financial Services website.
