Chemistry Professor Emeritus M.A. (Tony) Whitehad will speak on the history of Sigma Xi: The Honour Society of Research Scientists and Engineers. Founded in 1886 at Cornell University to foster integrity in science and engineering and promote the public's understanding of science for the purpose of improving the human condition, the first non-U.S. chapter was established at 缅北强奸 in 1921.
