Time commitment

The time commitment is approx 3 hours per week (including travel time to and from the school) for a duration of 10 weeks over one semester. Volunteering in the Fall semester runs from the last week of September to the first week of December; volunteering in the Winter semester runs from the last week of January to the first week of April.

The exact schedule of sessions will be communicated to mentors and mentees early in the Fall.


Orientation

All volunteers must attend the mandatory Homework Zone orientation. The orientation for the Fall semester usually takes place in late September - early October.

缅北强奸 is on land that long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst
Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. We acknowledge
and thank the diverse Indigenous people whose footsteps have marked this territory on which
peoples of the world now gather.
